Bias

Every news outlet and all the people working for them have bias that affect the work. Knowing the bias of a news source ahead of time helps understand the content better as it is read. Not every bias is as simple as left / right. For example, some outlets are more aligned with certain factions of certain political parties, like the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, or the Trumpist wing of the Republican Party. Some outlets are they type likely to be labeled “conspiracy theorists”, while others are the sort sometimes called “establishment shills”. There is no set formula for how to label the bias of news outlets.

To fill out this section, write the bias of the outlet or the specific content creator as you understand it to be. Try to focus on the bias as it pertains to the story at hand.
